What ever place or position the woman in your life may hold, she deserves your respect. Why invest in women, because we need you. No matter how strong we may have conditioned ourselves to be, or how high up the corporate ladder we may climb, we all form time to time could use others in our corner.
Out of necessity many women have adapted to not having men play any type of role in their lives. They have become quite good at it. Don't let that hinder you from investing in the women in your life. Have Faith in us (even when we lose sight of our vision).

Appreciate us (that really lifts our spirits).
Be Positive (don't bring us down).
You don't always have to understand us Compassion also goes a long way.
